(The make / model shown is an example only) Terms and Conditions General Information Full terms and condition are printed on the reverse side of each rental agreement which you are asked to read carefully on signing of contract. The rates include oil, maintenance and insurance. Important: Wear & tear accepted on tyres. DAMAGED TYRES ARE NOT INSURED, it is the hirer's responsibility to pay for damage, Gasoline is not included.
Driving Licence You must produce a fully valid licence which you have held for at least 2 years at the time of rental. Your own local or international licence is accepted.
Age Requirement The client must be 21 years and not over 70 years of age. Only the client or other person approved at the time of rental are permitted to drive the car.
Traffic Fines All traffic fines incurred during the rental period are the renter's responsibility and payable before returning vehicle.
Delivery / Drop Off Service Available upon request - Free of charge on the island of Gozo.
Collision Damage Waiver The first Lm250.00 is not covered by the insurance. This can be wavered to Lm 50.00 with an extra insurance of Lm 2.50 .Damage Insurance Waiver
Additional Driver Second driver may be inserted in rental agreement policy of insurance.
Optional Baby seat at Lm 1.00 per day each.
Payment All major credit cards accepted. All incidents must be reported without delay and an accident report must be completed. Cars are not to be removed from place of accident before police are on the scene. Petrol stations are open until 6:00pm daily but are closed on Sundays and public holidays (automatic pumps available). Please ensure that no valuables are left in the car. Also please ensure that the luggage boot is always locked.
Credit Card. A Valid Credit Card is to be presented on signing of contract. All Major credit cards are accepted.
